1- Dealership Experience: Service personnel are careless about your issues; it takes for ever to provide a diagnostic of root causes, they do not communicate well each other - they provide conflict careless about your issues; it takes for ever to provide a diagnostic of root causes, they do not communicate well each other - they provide conflicting information and the quality of the repairs are poor. They do not even call you to report status... You have to be angry, talk to everybody there and call regularly if you really want your car fixed in less than a week, as simple repairs take no less than a week to get it done. This is unacceptable! 2-Performance of my Ford Expedition 2018 (less than 50k miles on it): The quality of my Expeditions is really bad in general; it has been in service more than 15 times over 4 years since I bought it. (about 13 weeks total of downtime) 3-Customer Service Line (1800 -392 3673) Do not attempt to call this number - the personnel responsible for the Ford Experience, makes it worse - They're useless as they cannot provide any help, but they keep you in the line for hours on it. 4-Other Dealerships: I did not get the service in another dealership because according to them, I did not purchase this vehicle there. 5-Loaner Car: This service has been discontinued by dealerships and it adds another layer of complications if you have to rent a car on your own. In summary, our whole experience with Ford-Katy, the vehicle itself, and its Customer Service at the dealership or (800 line) has been quite unpleasant these past four years to the extend that any time, my wife or myself consider having to go the dealership, we have to be pre-dispositioned to have a BAD/SAD day, because she depends on this SUV to transport our disable child to therapist and appointments three times a week. I am not quite sure how much this survey could help to make a difference, because I was also trying to speak with the GM about our issues - he never got back with us. However, one think I know for a fact is that excellence in service comes from the leaders on top and it is reflected across the company. I know that my problem will go away, the minute I choose to get rid of this SUV; but the point is that, I really hope this company changes its attitude towards its customers so current and/or future clients do not experience the same. More
