Can’t trust them anymore about services they were suppose to do. Took my transit van there to have the transmission flushed, they told me the machine broke halfway through so they kept it overnight.. I ended up taking it to Jim’s and Sons transmission because I didn’t have a good feeling about what Ford was telling me., I had them change out the transmission fluid, and he said the transmission fluid was super dirty. It didn’t look like it had been touched at all. More

I had been looking for a C5 or C6 Corvette for about 4 months. I found this one online at Auto Nation Ford. Having been an Audi/VW dealer years prior, I appreciated this. My wife and I were on the fence as to whether we wanted to make the 2:45 trip all the way from Bemus Point. Lora took the time to send us 4 very well done videos showing every aspect of the car. We made the trip, the whole dealership was extremely helpful, we test drove the car, made the deal, made arrangements to pick it up in a week and it is now in our driveway! The entire facility was clean, modern, professionally run with extremely kind and knowledgeable people. We even met the service manager!.I recommend this dealer with 5 stars! More
