This was not an easy deal to finance because of several factors on our part, no down payment and needing a decent payment, etc. but they worked tirelessly until the deal was done. Once I arrived, we wasted no time in finding and test driving the car I wanted. His friendly, personable manner immediately put me at ease, and I was very pleasantly surprised that he didn't try to talk me into a more expensive vehicle. He answered every question I and my wife had about the car, demonstrating a knowledge of Honda vehicles that can only be described as impressive. There were a few bells and whistles already on the EX-L (pin striping, mud guards) which he sold me at cost without my asking. After all the paperwork was signed, he took us out to the car and gave us a crash course on the touch screen menus, even taking the time to sync both our phones and show us how to set up the car's voice activated speed dial. I should also mention that I had already taken my old car - a 2001 Accord LX that I purchased at the same dealership when it was still Dobbs Honda - to CarMax to get a quote, never imagining that the dealer would match the price on the trade. But Billy Kessler DID, saving me the drive down Germantown Parkway and another $250 or so on taxes in the process. I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase and my car-buying experience and I've already recommended these guys to friends and coworkers. Thanks, guys! More

Service Department was OUTSTANDING. In transit through Memphis, I called about a problem with my new CRV.
