I had an excellent experience with Honda dealership on Hacks Cross Road yesterday, the day before Easter Sunday. My battery was dead in my apartment parking lot. Called AAA who started my car, but after Hacks Cross Road yesterday, the day before Easter Sunday. My battery was dead in my apartment parking lot. Called AAA who started my car, but after testing it twice told me the battery was bad. I have been buying my Lifetime Warranty batteries at Honda the past few years. When I drove immediately to Honda, without an appointment, early that afternoon, you accepted me for service and replaced the battery at no charge for the battery OR labor. All of your service reps were extremely friendly, courteous and efficient in handling my problem. Battery was replaced and I was on my way. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR CONSISTENTLY FINE SERVICE EVERY TIME I COME TO HONDA! More
Had an appointment at 11am for a oil change and didn't leave until 4pm. Rep stating they were under staff. That's no excuse for a simple oil change. Very disappointed leave until 4pm. Rep stating they were under staff. That's no excuse for a simple oil change. Very disappointed More

I arrived at the AutoNation Honda around 930 am with the intention of trading in my 2017 Civic Si for a new Civic. I had a number in mind and the team at Honda got close to my number to complete the deal. intention of trading in my 2017 Civic Si for a new Civic. I had a number in mind and the team at Honda got close to my number to complete the deal. I was out of the dealership by 1130 am with a clean new car financed through the team at the dealership. Not sure it could have been an easier transaction. More
The salesman was great. I came in to lease a vehicle. I always thought it was cheaper to lease. The finance guy did some numbers came back and told me leasing a vehicle is w I came in to lease a vehicle. I always thought it was cheaper to lease. The finance guy did some numbers came back and told me leasing a vehicle is way more expensive than financing so he decided I should finance. I told him I only wanted gap and he lied and said it was more expensive to get gap and I would do better taking out a package. I told he I just wanted the vehicle and no add ons. So I listen to him. I’m military so I was tax free he found a way to get almost 10000 extra added on and didn’t give me a breakdown of what I was buying. Once I got home and requested a breakdown it was all kinds of dealership add ons and a vehicle I found online 23000 ended up costing 38000 from this dealership. I don’t know why Honda lie on regular website but when u actually go to a dealership you end up paying way more than you want. I was very mad. More
Third in line at 6:45 with a 7 am appointment for basic service at 15k miles as a part of the ridiculous package that I purchased. I watch 3 full cycles of customers come and go over the next 4 hours and 1 service at 15k miles as a part of the ridiculous package that I purchased. I watch 3 full cycles of customers come and go over the next 4 hours and 15 minutes as their respective service advisor comes to get them or otherwise inform them of their status. I don't see my service advisor once during the entire period until I finally got up to check on my car 4 hours in, at which point I was informed of 5 minutes remaining. Nothing against Chris though. He's just doing his job, right? The advisors only come out when there's a new development or it's time to go, correct? I was just kind of miffed at the service time given that this was a) a scheduled waiting appointment, b) routine maintenance, and c) I was physically 3rd in line because I arrived extra early. My xxx was one of the first to be seated in the lobby after getting checked in, and of the others that were there, it was dead last to leave after other separate batches of customers came and left. Let's also consider that the last time I came there for an oil change, I had to get my car towed back from Lakeland to ANH385 because somebody didn't properly seal a crush washer, and I wound up with oil all over my garage and an undrivable car waiting to surprise me on the morning of the next work day. Though it was a major inconvenience and I wasn't even granted a courtesy rental, the cost of towing was covered, and the dealership, after some prodding on my part, ultimately returned the car back to my driveway over a week later. I was kind on my last review, but I'm gonna opt for honesty here on out. 1 star service = 1 star review. More
