I have finally found a dealer that I can recommend to friends and family members. I was greeted by Dan when I arrived. He took the time to introduce himself to my wife and kids and took a genuine inter friends and family members. I was greeted by Dan when I arrived. He took the time to introduce himself to my wife and kids and took a genuine interest that we had all come together to buy a car. I told him what I was looking for and he took us straight to what I wanted. At no time did I feel pressured to make a decision too quickly. After the test drive we went inside to work out the numbers which has been the easiest deal I have ever had on a car purchase. After agreeing to the payment and doing some paperwork, Alan, the finance manager came out and introduced himself to us. He told us that it would take about 20 or 25 minutes to get the rest of the paperwork ready. I appreciated being told how long it would take instead of being told a couple of minutes. Alan took great care of us and explained everything as he went through the paperwork. I can't thank Hyundai of Tempe enough for making this such a GREAT experience. More

Also after an inspection found several pending issues, I was told which ones neede to be taken care of first. I will be back for the rear breaks in the next week . More
I WAS OUT TO TAKE ON THE TASK OF PURCHASING A CAR FOR MY DAUGHTER, SHOPPING CAR DEALERS IS A TASK I NEVER LOOK FORWARD TOO, THAT IS UNTIL I RAN INTO RON AT HYUNDAI OF TEMPE. I HAVE A WHOLE NEW OUTLOOK ON DAUGHTER, SHOPPING CAR DEALERS IS A TASK I NEVER LOOK FORWARD TOO, THAT IS UNTIL I RAN INTO RON AT HYUNDAI OF TEMPE. I HAVE A WHOLE NEW OUTLOOK ON CAR DEALERS AND SALESPEOPLE. THIS GUY WAS AMAZING, AFTER BEING BEAT UP BY SEVERAL OTHER DEALERS, HONDA, TOYOTA, AND HYUNDAI I HAVE FOUND WHAT I WOULD LIKE TO CALL A HOME. THE CARE, TIME, PROFESSIONALISM I RECIEVED AT HYUNDAI OF TEMPE WAS MORE THAN I WOULD HAVE EVER IMAGINED. RON WAS GREAT AND THEN WHEN I WAS INTRODUCED TO GREG IN FINANCE THE PROFESSIONALISM, THE UNDERSTANDING MY NEEDS, CONTINUED ON WITH HIM. I always schedule my oil change's with Donna. She is so friendly and takes good care of me and my car. I have never been to a dealership service area where the employees are so friendly and the place is always neat and clean. At first, I loved this place. They were friendly, and I thought the quality of work was high. I am a young woman, and they seemed as though they were giving me great deals for service. However, I believed I had a problem with the engine, and they kept telling me that the car was okay for two years. Eventually, I became frustrated enough to speak to the service manager. He basically told me that if his guys found nothing wrong with the car, I was imagining things, but if it was really bothering me, that I should consider getting a new car. At this point, I decided to check out a different Certified Hyundai Dealership. They found and fixed the problem in two hours. Additionally, I had some work needed on the window motor and sunroof. Hyundai of Tempe had quoted over $400 more than the new Hyundai dealer (Chapman Hyundai)... and this was without giving them a quote. Although Hyundai of Tempe appears to be giving people a good deal, in reality they start with a higher asking price for their services, drop it a hundred dollars or so to make the customer feel as though they got a deal, and don't adequately fix the mechanical problem. I had a great experience at this dealership. I had visited another Hyundai Dealership in the Valley and they treated me so poorly that I left. As a single woman shopping for a car alone I would recomm visited another Hyundai Dealership in the Valley and they treated me so poorly that I left. I recently visited Hyundai of Tempe and purchased a used 2008 Santa Fe. During test driving, etc was told it was an SE model. After purchasing realized it was a GLS. While I realize I should have paid better attention to the paperwork, this wasn't something I thought I needed to double check. Throughout negotiations, let myself slip and was confused by them increasing the amount they gave me for my trade in, while not decreasing the base amount of the car i was buying. Once again, my fault, but tricky salesmanship. During the time we were negotiating I mentioned that they had listed some Santa Fes on their website for somewhere in the 15,000 range. Supposedly the one I was buying was not one of those, they didn't have the color I wanted for that car for the deal, etc. So, I paid 17,280 for my Santa Fe being told that was the lowest they could go. After having dealt all day with car dealers (this being my last) I gave in since I really liked the car. After getting home, looked at their website and the model number and vin they sold me is in fact one of the ones offered on their website for $15,988. I will be returning to talk to them about this on Monday as they are closed today and it is too late now. My advice, do not deal with this dealership. I will update once I talk to them about fixing the bad price they gave me since they had advertised my specific car for less. More
