Awful experience, company started as all car sales do, with a sales rep working his tail off to sell the car, I purchased 2017 upon first drive the 2017 car started peeling paint. Upon further review it w with a sales rep working his tail off to sell the car, I purchased 2017 upon first drive the 2017 car started peeling paint. Upon further review it was clear there was no damage just paint flying off. Clearly they tried to hide a paint issue. Contacted sales rep immediately he says they will take care of it manager will call next day and paint team will Be on it. That was three weeks ago. I have text the sales rep 4 times now and no calls ever from anyone. My advice expect the same or worse crappy car sales we all experience in this extremely shady industry. All sales no service. If you buy here expect to deal with whatever is wrong with the car, they offer a warranty and 100 % guarantee but do not stand by it. 3 weeks now waiting on a 15 minute call from a manager. Awful. All was well. But, I did not feel comfortable dealing with the finance office. I felt I am being forced rather than being offered to buy additional coverages.
