My car buying experience with TJ Throne and Scottsdale Subaru was an enjoyable experience. From the time I stepped on the lot to driving away with my new car. I went into the dealership with expectation o Subaru was an enjoyable experience. From the time I stepped on the lot to driving away with my new car. I went into the dealership with expectation of having to put a down payment on a car that would arrive in middle of Oct or buy a more expensive car. Upon driving the higher priced fully loaded car I fell in love, but I was still hesitate due to expectations vs necessity. I could afford the the car with all the bells and whistle but did I really need it. TJ was was very patient and answered all my questions and went over all features that were available in both cars. He explained the @ payments for both cars and took the time to ask me what I really wanted and needed in a car. While I was still making my decision he told me that they just had a car in the back that was ordered by another customer and was not picked up. It was exactly the car I wanted and would I be interested. Without hesitation I said and yes and I did the paperwork and I drove off the lot with the exact car that I wanted at the price I wanted. Thank you TJ and Scottsdale of Subaru for making my car shopping experience a smooth transaction and a very happy customer. Now if only your dealership was closer for future car service I would be ecstatic. Who knows I just might have to take that extra time to drive to get the car service I know I will get from your service department. More
