This dealer was OK when I purchased my car. However, upon return for service, they were very rude and unaccommodating. I will never return to this dealer again. I purchased two vehicles, 02 MR2 and 03 Corolla both with extended warranty.<br><br>I have had nothing but problems with the service department and its manager.<br> <br>I brought my car in to have the t with extended warranty.<br><br>I have had nothing but problems with the service department and its manager.<br> <br>I brought my car in to have the tires changed 4 wheel alignment and a car wash. When I got the car back I noiced that they had ruined the rims (scratches and gouges). When I confronted the Service Manager about it (Dan) he told me they didnt do it, and wanted to charge me $50.00 per wheel to get it repaired. I also noticed large black (my car is silver) streaks of stuff along the bottim side of my car. They did a horrible job of detailing the car (cost me $40.00) but I did get a instore credit (not like I will use it) from their most helpful service employee the night manager Mike.<br><br>The sales floor treated me very well. The service department was very rude, called me a liar, and was very hostile. I will never do buisness with Libertyville Toyota again.<br> More
