I felt like they took time to hear our concerns with our jeep and attempt to diagnose the gremlins within our Wagoneer. Nothing bad to say about Autostar great staff and service however completely frustrated and disappointed with my Jeep experience. I have bought from Autostar and would do so again, we did not buy our jeep from Autostar and perhaps that was my issue but they were most helpful best they could. More

Excellent communication getting back to me on progress. Suggestion: When you call to say the vehicle is ready for pickup, tell/remind people that there will be a 3% surcharge if they use a credit card. I was told by Ian Manning the GM at the time that I would receive a $3,750 a tax credit. I purchased the vehicle on 6/2725 and I was told by my accountant, that serial number of the vehicle that I purchased receive a $3,750 a tax credit. I purchased the vehicle on 6/2725 and I was told by my accountant, that serial number of the vehicle that I purchased does not match the date. This is the response of the COO James Berger: Larry, Here is the reply from Stellantis, there is no credit available for this vehicle. If reviewed all signed documents, text messages, and emails and cant find anything that there is a credit due. If you have anything that stating you are owed a credit please send it to me to review Hi Amy, Upon reviewing the vehicle details, at the time of the sales, this VIN did not qualify for a 30D tax credit in 2025CY. Please find the below below explanation for why this vehicle is not eligible for for the 30D: Vehicle in question is 2024 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE 4XE (1C4RJYC64R8945633). This vehicle was sold on 27-Jun-2025, and Stellantis reported its 30-D qualification status to the IRA on 18-Dec-2023. The vehicle is built with a battery pack that is not IRA-compliant due to the presence of Foreign Entity of Concern (FEOC) mineral content. (Note: FEOC= is any "foreign entity" that is owned by, or controlled by or subject to the direction or jurisdiction of certain countries considered a national security risk- such as China, Russia, Iran, or North Korea) Under the 2025 guidelines, any BEV sold in the 2025 calendar that contains FEOC minerals in its battery pack is not eligible for 30D credit.
