Still felt the personal service and attention to detail at every turn. Didn't feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. We left there today with the easiest, stress free transaction purchasing our new vehicle. Saul Metcalf was great to work with, friendly and never ending patience answering all our questions. Mike Baker, Financial Manger was also "5 stars"doing all our paperwork. A very seamless experience on this very busy start of Labor Day Weekend. I would recommend them to anyone and would buy from them again if we need to make another car purchase. RB & NB More

The most frustrating and time wasting dealership ever, I will start off with the positives. The internet sales people are great. They know how to get interest and get you to come in. And Caleb was grea I will start off with the positives. The internet sales people are great. They know how to get interest and get you to come in. And Caleb was great too. Now for the bad. Visit 1: I went to look at a jeep after speaking with the internet sales about the one I was interested in. I show up and the salesman, Randy, is assigned to me. I tell him which Jeep I am coming to look at and we walk out. We get to a row of 4 Jeeps and at this point things get weird. He asks which one I am looking to buy. I point at it. He starts looking at every other Jeep in the row. One of them he says is more expensive and he doesn't know why it's priced this way. Asks me what I think of the green Jeep in the front. Starts asking me what engines are in them, how many cylinders they have. Asks about 5 times what the price is. At this point, my wife asks me which one of us is the salesman as I am answering all his questions. He then tells me "Well you probably have driven these before, so you don't need a test drive." So I am like, "Um...yeah I do want a test drive". He goes to get the keys. Comes back a few minutes later and tells me we can't make a deal and turns me away without the test drive (albeit my car is under on its loan but I just thought it was very strange that he didn't care about the future business and didn't want let me even test drive the Jeep). Visit 2: The internet sales contacts me again and asks me how my visit was. I tell them it was the strangest dealer experience I ever had and tell them why. They apologize and let the manager know. They tell me they would like to try to earn my business and that the manager is great. He will deal with me directly. They said they dropped the price on the aforementioned Jeep and to please come in and at least test drive it. They have convinced me. I drive an hour back up to the dealership after work. I get there and let them know I am there to see the manager. Well, the manager was too busy to see me after being assured he would. He sends another salesman Caleb. I have nothing against Caleb. He did his job and was professional. But Caleb proceeds to tell me that the Jeep I drove another hour to go see was sold 2 hours ago. No calls to let me know it was gone or ask if I would like to look at another. At this point, I am livid. My time has been wasted a second time and I am tired and sick of the whole situation. Caleb does take me for a test drive. We get back and he tries to sell me the Jeep we drove (same year, couple thousand less miles, $3k or so more expensive, and the one the previous salesman said he didn't understand why it was priced more). I sit for 30 minutes by myself in the dealership as they are trying to get me a price for my trade. I am tired and cranky at this point and decide that I am going to leave. They catch me as I am leaving at tell me that they are willing to give me $2k more for my car. Great! They made me wait 30 minutes to come up to the NADA value on my car (which is also the same amount that I had already told them another dealership had offered me). But I tell them no thank you and leave. Attempt 3: This one is not a visit as I did not drive back. The internet people once again contact me. They tell me they are having a deal until the end of the month. They are offering $4k more than cars are worth on trade in and she convinces me to give them another chance. I say "Ok, great let me know what kind of deal you can get me on a Jeep". I wait over the weekend and am told that they have been super busy and will get back to me. Next I am told that the deal was really just for next weekend and she will have to get back to me. Then I am told that they are going to honor the upcoming sale before this weekend since I was told about it. So I wait a few more days. Finally, I follow up and ask if anything else has been discussed. They respond to me and say that they had already come up $2k and that's all they can do. So once again, time wasted as I was lied to while attempting to get my interest the 3rd time. So to sum up: 1st attempt: I am the salesman with the information about the Jeeps, the actual salesman doesn't know specs or prices on the vehicles being sold (or listen to what Jeep I want) and refuses to let me test drive it. 2nd attempt: Convinced to come back to look at the Jeep I was interested in and have the manager fix my experience. They sold the Jeep an hour or so after I speak with them. I drive there to have nothing to look at and the manager sends someone else. 3rd attempt: Lied to about being given extra money for my car for Labor day sale after being strung along for 5 days in an attempt to get me to drive back. So yeah, I will never purchase a car from this dealership and will make sure my peers hear about how they run it. More
