Called and made an appointment for my wife’s car, describing the specific nature of the work needed. Then the day of the appointment, someone at AutoStar called my wife and said they couldn’t do the describing the specific nature of the work needed. Then the day of the appointment, someone at AutoStar called my wife and said they couldn’t do the work, so we had to take it somewhere else which caused an inconvenient delay.
