I am very pleased with the service I have received consistently. Recently I had a challenging issue with one of my tires that had been punctured by a nail. My experience was the best I've ever had at a dealership. My Service Advisor - Erik, was great,. He had my apt. information, took the car in promptly, explained that there were 2 outstanding recalls on the v My Service Advisor - Erik, was great,. He had my apt. information, took the car in promptly, explained that there were 2 outstanding recalls on the vehicle, gave me a possible explanation for what my immediate problem was and got my contact info. I elected to stay and wait for my car and was pleasantly surprised by the great waiting area with free coffee and water, vending machines, comfortable and ample seating and a big screen television. The car was done within an hour or so and, it turns out, the software (recall) upgrades got rid of my problem. Everything was handled professionally, efficiently and all at no charge. Best service appointment ever!!! More

I went in for the usual 5000 mile maintenance. I made a point of to the person helping me that I was headed back to Fl and I was out of washer fluid and if they could please see if the tires neede I made a point of to the person helping me that I was headed back to Fl and I was out of washer fluid and if they could please see if the tires needed to be rotated. I was reassured that both would be done as it is part of the maintenance. After picking up the van, the tire pressure warning signal turned on. They had already closed by the time I discovered this so I had to return the next morning. The service dept was closed but someone was nice enough to check all my tires. None of them were filled!! He also took the time to fill them. Soon after I left, I discovered they never filled my washer fluid. I can’t begin to tell you how aggravating it is to clean my windows every time I get gas on this long trip. Now I’m wondering if they even did anything. I deliberately made the appt so I would have peace of mind traveling alone back to home. I paid 100.00 for I’m not sure what was actually done. The worst of it is I bought a 5 year 3rd party warranty that covers all of this but he told me I needed to tell him BEFORE not AFTER service was completed. To say this was a horrible and disappointing experience is an understatement. More
