Auto star was very helpful professional and did a wonderful job doing a recall check on my Dodge Charger. The work was done quickly and I was made very comfortable as I waited on the repair. When I came in, I knew exactly what I wanted and Thad saw right to it that I got it. He didn’t try to upsale me in any way and was very communicative throughout the whole process. He connected with us on a h right to it that I got it. He didn’t try to upsale me in any way and was very communicative throughout the whole process. He connected with us on a human to human level which I can appreciate a lot. We did have an issue with financing which led to some disagreements with the financial manager, but ultimately, I took matters into my own hands and got the financing (that he was 100% sure I would NOT get) and walked off the lot that day with a new vehicle. Thank you Thad for all your help, I feel very blessed that it all worked out. More
