My first finance offer came back with a shocking interest rate which would have made buying the car a poor financial decision for me. The finance team was able to find a credit union to offer me a much more reasonable interest rate that was closer to what I expected and we were able to make the deal happen. I’ve now sold a vehicle to this dealership and bought one and both experiences were fair and efficient. I will definitely check this dealership’s inventory next time I am in the market for a vehicle. Took my vehicle in to have the A/C fixed. Was told it would be $140 just to diagnose the problem and none of that would go toward the repair. I could not be happier with my experience at AutoStar in Hendersonville! From the phone call from Torie to get everything started , on through to the service department. I never felt judged for having low credit and was not pressured to get a lower priced , older vehicle , like some dealers had tried to do.
