Extraordinary Customer Service Autobahn went beyond expectations with their extraordinary service: The car died in the middle of a busy intersection during rush hour traffic i Autobahn went beyond expectations with their extraordinary service: The car died in the middle of a busy intersection during rush hour traffic in Palo Alto and Mercedes Roadside Assistant was there in 20 minutes to tow the car to Autobahn at no charge. The world's best service adviser (Ernie Nolasco) arranged for a loaner car and had me on my way in 5 minutes. One week later I picked up my car and $5,000+ in repair work had been covered by Mercedes' warranty and EPA emissions recalls because Ernie took the time to process the necessary paperwork. Thank you to the whole Autobahn team for exceptional service. I'll definitely be back. More

But!!! Here at Aurobahn Belmont, time stands still. Time stops to ensure that everything in/and about your car is done perfectly. No question is too silly and no request is too demanding.
