When you pay the permium for a BMW, these guys really make you feel like you get value in return. . If I had one complaint it would be on the X5 Diesel. I would dearly love for this message to get to the President of BMW USA. . We love the vehicle but the maintenance cost outside of the maintenance agreement we paid dearly for is frequent and too high and mostly out of pocket. This is a BMW. Its not supposed to be expensive to maintain because of the exceptional engineering. I know the EPA has made it impossible for anyone to build a reliable diesel engine in this country. What burns my feathers, is that none of this is covered by the maintenance warranty we bought and I will never buy another maintenance warranty again from BMW. You are better off covering your routine maintenance out of your pocket, it is much cheaper. . John Hanekamp More
