Solid, professional service every time I've been in to service my 2004 BMW a few times, for various reasons, and my Service Advisor Chris has been there to help me out each time. Even thoug I've been in to service my 2004 BMW a few times, for various reasons, and my Service Advisor Chris has been there to help me out each time. Even though I didn't buy the vehicle there everyone I interact with treats me as if I did. Most recently, someone shattered the driver side window out and I had a mobile repair company replace it. The only issue was that they didn't do the installation properly. It was frustrating to say the least, but I knew I could count on Autohaus to do it properly. Thanks again to Chris in thoroughly explaining what the issues were and getting it repaired quickly to avoid interior damage due to cold weather.
