Excellent service! Every time I come here they are always ready for me. I just pull up drive right in and someone is there to greet me and get me to my service advisor. Every time I come here they are always ready for me. I just pull up drive right in and someone is there to greet me and get me to my service advisor. I don't even have to give them my name they know who I am and who my appointment is with. I don't know how they do it. I always get a loaner vehicle and I'm on my way in no time at all. After taking my wife's vehicle to her dealer and waiting 2 hours in their overcrowded poor excuse of a waiting room for a simple oil change, I appreciate the Autohaus experience even more. More

Purchase of 2008 Z4 Thank you Brett. I have never in my life purchased a vehicle, or anything for that matter, site on seen, goes against everything a stand for. I saw th Thank you Brett. I saw this Z4 on the internet, sent off an e-mail and in less than 24 hrs Brett had replied. He knew my concerns with not being able to come down and look at it, test drive it, etc because I am in Michigan and he was in MO. Brett went over the entire car with me either by e-mail or phone and described every little defect and detail he could. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease with the purchase. I had the money wired to Autohaus acct on a Tuesday and took delivery of the car the next Tuesday. Even the car hauler driver was exceptional - Over all experience is a 10. I had a little radio problem upon delivery, we worked through that, just pulled a fuse and reinserted it and the radio worked -can't explain that one, but Brett and service assured me if there was a larger problem they would take care of it even though I was in Mi - Integrity is what I call that Thanks Brett, thanks Autohaus, we love the Z4 Ken More

A reliably great repair shop! My husband and I have visited Autohaus in the past for routine repairs, but our car hit the 5 year mark, went haywire, and needed more major repairs. These guys worked fast to diagnose and fix the problem, which ended up being two-fold, and we had our car back in working order within the week. The place is comfortable, the service guys knowledgeable, and the mechanics top notch. I only have the name of my service guy but everyone there was great. We bought our car before we moved to STL 3 years ago, but will definitely consider this place when we are ready to buy again. More

Good overall experience! I was looking for a fairly tough to find vehicle, a manual transmission BMW 3 series wagon. Autohaus BMW happened to have one. After seeing the car po I was looking for a fairly tough to find vehicle, a manual transmission BMW 3 series wagon. Autohaus BMW happened to have one. After seeing the car pop up, I immediately called and put down a deposit. The process got all my questions answered and the vehicle looked great when I picked it up. There were only a couple imperfections on the vehicle that I didn't see in the pictures, but they aren't bad enough for me to really care. Overall my experience was great. The only things I could give Brett for a recommendation for the future are more detailed photos. Tons of pictures of any little nick or scratch make for a more comfortable experience when buying something hundreds of miles away. Just for future visits. :) More
