He asks about the vehicle's condition and any other concerns in addition to the scheduled service. Chris establishes reasonable expectations regarding when the service will be completed and initiates updates when appropriate. Chris is very pleasant and professional to work with. More

I had done quite a bit of research on the new BMW 4 Series even before it went into production, and thought that I was extremely interested in looking into it. I contacted the dealership in order to find out more about it, specifically when it would first be being released here in the States and what Autohaus' timing and process would be for showing the car and receiving orders. Since I started looking into this quite early, the process took several months to play out. Throughout that time, Joe called me several times keeping me updated as to the the timing aand information I was seeking on the vehicle. As soon as the first two came into the dealership, he contaced me, got me right in, reviewed my trade-in situation, and immediately secured me the last (1 of 3) order slot for a 435xi for the initial month of order opportunities. He wasn't pushy, and gave me probably the best new car buying experience that I have ever had (and I've previously owned Mecedes and Audi)! Stopped by the dealership to just look at and get some information on the X3 which my wife was interested in. Although I had done some research on-line and had a ballpark idea of what the car was like and information on the X3 which my wife was interested in. Although I had done some research on-line and had a ballpark idea of what the car was like and where I should be price-wise, I wasn't sure it was the vehicle we were going to buy. I was wandering the lot when Joe introduced himself. After letting him know why I was there, he gave me a pretty detailed walked through of the car and the various package options. He wasn't pushy, spent a lot of time discussing the car and was great answering questions. We just kind of hit it off and, although I wasn't expecting to try and make a deal that night, I called my wife and had her bring her car by the dealership to get an idea of the trade value. Although I could tell Joe wanted us to make a deal that night, he understood when I told him we wanted to take the night and talk about it before commiting. I called Joe the next morning with an offer I thought was fair based upon my research. Although Joe didn't acept that offer, he came back with something close enough that we didn't have to go back and forth. This is the third vehicle we have purchased for Tammy from Autohaus and dealing with people like Joe, and all of the staff she has worked with over time, make it an easy decision to keep coming back.
