Mike and the group at Autohaus always do a great job, but I was even more impressed during my recent service visit. I was a little concerned about coming in due to the pandemic, but everyone there, includin I was even more impressed during my recent service visit. I was a little concerned about coming in due to the pandemic, but everyone there, including the staff upstairs who probably have no client contact, were wearing face masks and taking appropriate precautions. My car was a dirty mess because I've been hesitant to take it to the car wash and assumed they would wash the outside at best - but no, it was vacuumed just like always and the steering wheel was covered in shrink wrap so they could move the car around and I could tear it off when I got in. Great job guys! More
