With all the renovations the approach to the service department is unremarkable. So you pull up. Walk inside and face a collection of desks. Nobody reaches out. My 2007 BMW hadn’t been in use for over eight months. It needed an inspection and a new battery. Amanda Suraci had been my service contact before, so I turned to her for a service appointment.
