Bought my X5 from them and was visiting for an oil change. Very little interaction from staff. Waited 45 minutes and just called to cashier to pay crazy bill. Bait & Switch 101 - charged $85 just to do diagnostics then told me it was another $150 to “review” the report & provide an estimate! Ridiculous!
