Attentive and Patient I bought a used BMW from a dealer in IL and after about 20 days the on board computer shot craps. I brought the car to Autohaus per the other dealers I bought a used BMW from a dealer in IL and after about 20 days the on board computer shot craps. I brought the car to Autohaus per the other dealership's instructions. While I went back and forth with the other dealer for about two weeks on what they were willing to do, Patti was very patient and attentive and communicated with the other dealer to make sure the whole situation came to an acceptable conclusion.
