Great Service I had an appointment at BMW for a state inspection and I planned on waiting but when I got there Amanda Suraci checked my key and saw that I was due f I had an appointment at BMW for a state inspection and I planned on waiting but when I got there Amanda Suraci checked my key and saw that I was due for service. She got a loaner car ( brand new) and before I knew it I was on my way , able to enjoy my day off as I had planned! She called me a couple of hours later to say my car was ready and when I picked it up they had washed and vacuumed it! I couldn’t be happier! More

My latest visit was an emergency thanks to a popped tire, I’ve had Chris as my service advisor for nearly three years now and he has been so helpful. My latest visit was an emergency thanks to a popped tire, and he was able to get me into a loaner within 30 minutes. He also got two new tires on my car and back to me in less than 24 hours which is incredible. Thanks again Chris for everything you do! More
