Ultimate experience at the Ultimate BMW Dealership I brought our 2013 X6M for a recall service for a passenger side air bag. Patti Kuper was my service advisor and she made sure all my questions and re I brought our 2013 X6M for a recall service for a passenger side air bag. Patti Kuper was my service advisor and she made sure all my questions and requests were addressed. She went above and beyond contacting me on a few other items that the technician found. She checked with me before any additional parts and service was performed. I deeply appreciate the extra care she and Sam Steidley (the technician) provided for me and my BMW. I came in for general service such as a oil change and tires to find out I needed over $5,500 worth of work done to my vehicle. My service advisor Patti made me aware of the issues and didn't make me feel forced or pressured to take care of everything in one visit. Patti went over options for getting my repairs handled and she went above and beyond to make this process as smooth as possible. Thankfully, I was able to get all of my repairs taken care of and was provided with outstanding customer service. Patti K. is truly an asset to the BMW Autohaus family and she made my experience a very memorable one. More

Very poor customer service The rear tow bar cover plate fell off my 640i Grand Coupe. I asked Autohaus to replace it and they refused. The vehicle has never been towed and there The rear tow bar cover plate fell off my 640i Grand Coupe. I asked Autohaus to replace it and they refused. The vehicle has never been towed and there was no explanation other than defective part or workmanship. The service manager said somebody must have stolen it therefore I had to pay for it. Ridiculous. This was my eighth and LAST BMW thanks to this dealership. Bad customer service is one thing but don’t insult my intelligence as well. More

I must say out of EVERYONE I have worked with, Ethan is by far the most genuine person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He clearly wasnt trying to reach into my pocket for things that were not needed at this time. Not only that but he took the time...and by time I mean atleast 2 hours of his own personal time to look up and recommend the right tires for me. We went back and forth in communication for a day about which tires I wanted to try on my 3 series...it was never a doubt that he would steer me in the right direction...and steer me he did! I am absolutely delighted to know that this young man is here and working for this company. He might be the youngest advisor I have ever worked with..but his knowledge and poise is well beyond his years. To anyone reading this...seriously...work with Ethan if you have any chance at all. This young man is the real deal. Thanks again Ethan! More
Power steering pump/ rack steering On March 19, 2018 I brought my car to Autohaus for them to see if the rack steering was going bad. They put the car on the machine and found out that On March 19, 2018 I brought my car to Autohaus for them to see if the rack steering was going bad. They put the car on the machine and found out that the power steering pump I had put in by another company the hose was not bleed and i had a leak around the seal. Linda Schaefer my advisor and Mike Crader really gave me great customer service as usual. I was giving a loaner car until my car was fixed. More
