Great Customer Service I have been very impressed with the customer service. Everyone from the receptionist to the technician to the sales person were all great. The staff was expedient, helpful and especially the Customer Service representative, Linda Schaefer, who processed my visit. She was very joyful, attentive to details and made me feel at home and cared for. That doesn't happen every day! I want to add that I was quite impressed that my sales rep. whom I had not seen since I bought the car, knew I was coming and stopped by specifically to see if I was still happy with my car. That was pretty good, I thought!! It was especially nice, as my car is definitely not the most expensive car in the BMW line. I felt valued! More

Ethan kept in touch with me and always let me know what was going on and when I could expect to have my car back, which I appreciated. He was great! Eric -I have worked with once before when purchasing this car. So, when I had any further questions regarding a warranty he was the man to go to. I appreciate that he knows his stuff and was able to help me out with taking care of the car and my uncanny way of needing a flat tire repair after owning it less than two weeks. Scheduled Service Took my BMW in for scheduled service. My service writer was Mike Crader. A loaner was provided because I had a long l of things to do. Partway through the day Mike called to remind me that I was overdue for a Brake Fluid Flush. I really appreciated that because I like to keep my car in top condition. The car was returned to me later in the day freshly washed and vacuumed. Service at Autohaus has always well done and prompt and Mike is very easy to work with. More

Unexpected warranty work! In rush hour traffic and my BMW 3series started running rough and the service engine light came on.
