He was able to fit me into the schedule without making an appointment. Even though he told me that it could take one and a half hours the car was ready before that time and had been washed and vacuumed. The service as well as the people at Autohaus are outstanding, and I have been a customer for many years. In fact thirty items were checked. Lou Cohen More

Chris Clem is a savior! As I was in St. Louis for an academy conference, my car engine began to overheat and smoke on Sunday morning. I had to get my vehicle towed to AutoHau As I was in St. Louis for an academy conference, my car engine began to overheat and smoke on Sunday morning. I had to get my vehicle towed to AutoHaus BMW at 7am, with no prior appointment due to the fact that they were closed on sunday. Chris Clem, a service advisor, understood that I was stuck there until my car was fixed and he went out of his way to get parts from around town to his dealership to ensure I would be able to make it home by that night. Chris Clem was beyond friendly and made my experience stress free and very easy! I would go as far to call him a friend of mine because of how great of a guy he was and how helpful he was in such a short amount of time. He squeezed me in, on a monday, and made sure that everything would be good to go by the time I got back on the road. I work for a BMW dealership back at home and we do not have employees like Chris, AutoHaus BMW is beyond lucky to have him working there!! Thank you AutoHaus BMW and Chris Clem, you got me back home! Service Department is great!! I have been in here a few times recently with a couple of different cars. I sent a 328 in to Mike and got it back cleaner then it was when I sent it in. I sent another 328 in to Amanda and she went above and beyond to keep a client. Best service rep ever!! Mike Crader - Excellent Response Mike fit me in to a tight year-end service schedule to assess a check-engine light indicator. Even arranged a loaner on short notice. Service tech diagnosed fault with fuel injectors ( love the N54 motor!) and replaced both banks same day. Fortunately covered by a BMW warranty extension for this problem. Mike is responsive, professional, and a good communicator. Like his dry sense of humor too. More

Great service for my older BMW I brought my 530i in for routine service and was helped by Mike Crader who has helped me many times in the past. I was just going to get an oil chang I brought my 530i in for routine service and was helped by Mike Crader who has helped me many times in the past. I was just going to get an oil change but Mike told me there was an open recall on the driver air bag which is a safety recall that had just come out recently for my year/model and he was able to get the recall performed as well while I waited. I always get great service from the people at Autohaus. I would highly recommend More
