Incredible Service I went into the service department because I was having trouble connecting my new iPhone to my 2017 X6. She also took the time to show me a few other things about the vechile that my salesman did not bother to show me. Poor Quality Control Took my vehicle to this dealership multiple times for repairs. the most recent time didn't get 5 miles from the dealership before the check engine li Took my vehicle to this dealership multiple times for repairs. the most recent time didn't get 5 miles from the dealership before the check engine light came on. When asked about performing post repair diagnostics response was "no." One service advisor reported multiple customers having to return multiple times to get repair performed correctly. perhaps more investment in training repair personnel and less advertising is in order. More

Amazing people I brought my car in last week because I was having an issue with my engine. I determined it was in my best interest to have the professionals look at it as opposed to the cheaper option corner repair shops near my house. Needless to say, everyone lived up to and even exceeded my expectations when it came to friendliness and competence. Ethan was beyond amazing. I can see why you have him front and center in the service drive. He put my mind at ease and assured me of everything that would be done to my car. But more importantly after the work was completed, when I came to pick up he did not just rush me away to move on to the next person. He walked me over to the cashiers desk personally and then proceeded to go over every last detail of the work performed to make sure I was confident in my visit. Jessica was beyond polite with a friendly smile the whole time. Her and Ethan clearly work well together. You can tell they both respect each other very much. A wise move to have two such beautiful and caring people be the last ones you see before you leave. They remind me of my late husband and I when we were younger - yet another wonderful personal touch to my visit. Autohaus BMW has always been talked about in my groups of friends that own BMW's and it's clear why. Thank you Ethan and Jessica - and thank you Autohaus. You are amazing! More
Happy Owner I brought my car in for a recall and sat with Ethan. He had the shop look the car over and found a few items that needed attention. He found a loaner car for me and got me on my way. They took care of everything and even washed my car! I was able to run some errands and have my car fixed! I couldn't be happier! I will return to Autohaus!! More

I paid over $13,000 for Dinan upgrades to my 2013 M6 and have had nothing but problems with the car since. They have had it for almost 3 months now and they still can't figure out why the Dinan upgrades aren't producing the promised results. The communication between Autohaus, Dinan and myself is something you would expect from a driveway mechanic and the ability to actually fix the car which only has 4500 miles on it is sub par by any standards. More
