Chris is responsive to my needs and cognizant of my time as I don't want to have to come back if any issues could have been resolved when my vehicle is there. Chris has excellent communication skills when notifying me of what needs to be done and potentially can wait. His follow up is also excellent and he keeps me informed when my car is in for service. Thanks Chris for making the service process easy, will keep me coming back. More

Luxury Cars Need Luxury Service I knew when I bought a BMW that eventually it would need work done, and that's never fun. Luxury cars require luxury service. Luckily, there's Autohau I knew when I bought a BMW that eventually it would need work done, and that's never fun. Luxury cars require luxury service. Luckily, there's Autohaus, which is my go-to for all my work, including scheduled maintenance and unexpected repairs (my wife hit the curb and popped a tire). I appreciate knowing up front how long it will take and what it will cost me. I would recommend this place to my friends and family. More
Beyond Perfection These folks took care of me a long time ago (1992 to 2000) in their old location (Mike Crader, Gerd Petermann)...and when I returned to purchase anoth These folks took care of me a long time ago (1992 to 2000) in their old location (Mike Crader, Gerd Petermann)...and when I returned to purchase another BMW, many of the same faces were still there. Gerd sold me this car too. That says a lot about employee satisfaction and employee quality as well. They have grown and it is obvious why. They again have gone beyond the extra mile. If I owned a Rolls Royce I might expect this...wait, BMW does own Rolls Royce!!! It is about the dealership. No other dealer in St. Louis come close to Autohaus BMW!!! They are the greatest. Service is quite personalized. Amanda is new to me...great to work with as well - very conscientious. I complained about a minor little dimple on the dash pad...I see the part is over $3000 and they have to get it from Germany. Any other car dealership would have told me to "pound sand" or might have tried to inject glue underneath it....no, they are doing this right. More
