Every facet of the service experience is professional, smart, and efficient. Chris is sensitive to my time constraints and always takes care of me in a timely and efficient manner. I was recently involved in a minor, yet potentially serious accident to the undercarriage of my car. While drivable, I still had some fluid leakage plus other damage to the car. I left a message with Chris at night and by 7:30 the next morning he followed up with me, got my car up on the rack that afternoon, ordered my out-of-stock parts, and had me back in my vehicle by noon the next day. That was truly incredible service! More

He was professional, kind, respectful and very helpful. He assured me the issue I had would be resolved and he mentioned a computer update that the car needed he gave me a loaner. When my car was finished he called me promptly and gave me a detailed run down of the work done. I have never worked with Ethan before but he is definitely an asset to the company! I was in and out in no time! The one thing that stands out at BMW AUTOHAUS is the CONSISTENTLY GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The manner in which customers are treated is unbelievable.
