Happy Owner I brought my car in for a recall and sat with Ethan. He had the shop look the car over and found a few items that needed attention. He found a loaner I brought my car in for a recall and sat with Ethan. He had the shop look the car over and found a few items that needed attention. He found a loaner car for me and got me on my way. They took care of everything and even washed my car! I was able to run some errands and have my car fixed! I couldn't be happier! I will return to Autohaus!! More

Terrible Service The worst service I've ever had at any dealership, I will never buy another BMW because of how terrible they handle situations. I paid over $13,000 for Dinan upgrades to my 2013 M6 and have had nothing but problems with the car since. They have had it for almost 3 months now and they still can't figure out why the Dinan upgrades aren't producing the promised results. The communication between Autohaus, Dinan and myself is something you would expect from a driveway mechanic and the ability to actually fix the car which only has 4500 miles on it is sub par by any standards. Do not go here for service. None found. I had an appointment for a small service on my BMW. I was told to wait until Mike (Crader I assume) finished with his current client; he would come t I had an appointment for a small service on my BMW. After 25 minutes, I found someone else to help me & I was directed to Amanda. Amanda comped my service & did take care of me. This was my second visit & I was ignored the first time also. Easy fix, happy customer My BMW needed an airbag replaced per the recall. Mike Crader got me checked in and had the service performed quickly and efficiently. I picked up my My BMW needed an airbag replaced per the recall. Mike Crader got me checked in and had the service performed quickly and efficiently. I picked up my car and found a separate issue that effected removal of the key from the ignition. Linda Schaefer got my car in immediately. The techs made the necessary repairs and also addressed a problem with one of the windows. I got my car back the next day good as new. The cashier who facilitated the payment process was very nice, as was Nathan, the porter who washed and delivered the car to me. It's always a pleasure dealing with the Autohaus employees. They are always professional and very personable. My car is 10 years old and has over 113,000 miles on it. Autohaus keeps it running smoothly. More
