Ethan was my service advisor and he was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on with my X3. I liked that he'd call and leave detailed messages so that I could call him back when I was free. He was never pushy and he truly knows the ins and outs of BMWs. My car looks awesome (had it serviced and detailed) and it's driving well! I'm extremely happy with the experience I had and will go back to Autohaus to keep my car running well. More
Service department I was so impressed with my service tech, Mike Crader. He was so helpful when my X5 needed repair and I was "just" out of warranty. He went to bat for me to try to get me some assistance on a very expensive repair. I am always able to get a loaner and the work was always done in a timely manner. I have no complaints about Autohaus BMW in St. Louis. They are the best! More
Great Customer Support with Greg Issitt I recently went into the BMW Autohaus store to replace my wiper blades for my 2011 5 series. Long story made short the process to replace seemed to be I recently went into the BMW Autohaus store to replace my wiper blades for my 2011 5 series. Long story made short the process to replace seemed to be easy from the owners manual and from the BMW corporate site. I even went onto YouTube to get my blades into the vertical position to replace but I just could not get the car to cooperate. Very frustrating. I drove in during my lunch hour and asked Greg for advice. He could have easily not gone the extra yard to help but instead he did! He not only diagnosed and investigated the problem, he actually helped me replace the inserts right at his desk. He was the total professional, never got frustrated with me or upset and made me feel appreciated as a BMW costumer. Yes something small things can go a long way. I had a terrible experience with another BMW dealership in town. I brought my newly purchased vehicle to Autohaus and they took tremendous care of me. They fixed my vehicle for less than was quoted to me at the other dealership, loaned me a great vehicle at no charge while they repaired mine and, all in all, I had a great experience. I will never purchase from the other dealership again, any future BMWs I buy will be through Autohaus. More

Chris and I laid out a plan to add some extra muscle to my car. Chris took the time to call Dinan to make sure what my car needed to have done and more importantly what not to have done. First step was a Dinan Stage 2 which we completed this week. Both Chris and the installing tech drove the car to make sure the power promised delivered.
