Chris and I laid out a plan to add some extra muscle to my car. Chris took the time to call Dinan to make sure what my car needed to have done and more importantly what not to have done. He was deliberate, very communicative and honest about what they thought the problem with the engine faults were. They took a pragmatic approach to the issue, helpling manage cost associated with assesing the issue and not to too often typical, shot gun costly reaction. I'm a technically savvy person and appreciated the diagnostic approach to try and solve the problem in a measured manner. Ethan called me regularly to keep me informed of progress and what was unfortunately a costly repair needed in the end. I felt comfortable that the proposed solution was in fact what the car needed. The car was ready as expected and when I called to assess if they could also install a performance upgrade, they did so quickly and efficiently. Further, they were very fair about the cost overall, applying discounts available and frankly, not charging me for double labor. I am skeptical of auto service in general. I simply trust these people. More

Excellent service I have dealt with Chris Clem almost entirely at Autohaus because of his expertise. When I describe a problem with my auto he can diagnose the issue I have dealt with Chris Clem almost entirely at Autohaus because of his expertise. I have recommended Chris Clem to those people I know who have BMWs. Should I decide to purchase another auto the choice would be to do so through Autohaus. The people who have assisted me when paying charges in the service department are very knowledgeable and can answer any questions I may have of the charges. Very hospitable. More

Excellent Service Experience I had been referred and had work done at a different BMW Service Center prior to this visit. The reason for this appointment? To have the "same" ser I had been referred and had work done at a different BMW Service Center prior to this visit. The reason for this appointment? To have the "same" service performed on the same issue (grr!)...needless to say, I wasn't excited about this appointment. From the very beginning, the experience was totally different...I was welcomed upon arriving and began the check in immediately with Greg. He was knowledgeable, friendly and put me at ease about having to bring my car in again. He also reviewed my car service history (as I recently purchased my car from a previous owner) and shared what I could have performed at the same time of the visit as Service was included (Wow! Great to know!). The repair and service was performed in a day - amazing (it took 4 days at the other location) and getting a loaner vehicle was just as convenient. I will definitely come back when I need another service appointment. True 5 Star experience all the way around! More
