It seems that every add-on I bought as extra from financing is not well organized and the service department is reluctant to do a good job. Basic service is fine. But I paid extra for ceramic coat financing is not well organized and the service department is reluctant to do a good job. Basic service is fine. But I paid extra for ceramic coating which they actually made my paint worse by embedding micro-scratches into my brand new car, I asked them to re-do it again, and they made it even worse. My wheel alignment was off since I bought my car, went back to get it aligned, and drove away with the steering wheel still being off-center. I can go on about how difficult it was for me to get in a complaint and speak to a supervisor but I'll stop here. To be honest I won't be coming back here again. You asked for a review, you got it.
