Highly disappointed in this dealership and sales man. Previously wrote a positive review since the day I bought my car everything was perfect. However, two weeks later I am left disappointed, angry, and appalled with customer service. When purchasing my vehicle Steve knew it was important to me that my car had navigation in it. A few days later I was trying to connect my phone and get navigation to my vehicle and could not. I brought it back to Acura only to find out my vehicle did not have navigation. I was lied to and was told that Acuralink would connect my phone to the car. The app was disconnected 2 years ago in October of 2019. My car now does not have navigation and when I tried to call to have it serviced to fix this issue the service representative refused to give me appointment. I am highly disappointed in this dealership and the fact that they MISREPRESENTED their vehicle. I paid more to insure I was getting a model with navigation only to find out that my money has been wasted and Acura does not want to make this problem right. Do not waste your time buying a car here, it seems that they are only interested in your money and push you to the side once they have it. I wish I would have went with a different car. More

I had originally contacted the dealership on Sunday through their chat. I was contacted Monday morning by Michael Schaffer. Michael did not have the vehicle I was looking for but assured me it was in through their chat. I was contacted Monday morning by Michael Schaffer. Michael did not have the vehicle I was looking for but assured me it was in transit. He went above and beyond to secure this particular RDX and get it to me ahead of schedule. The negotiate process was smooth and there was no pressure to buy. Michael also assisted with swapping over the remote start we had in our previous vehicle. I can honestly say this was the best buying experience I have ever had. I cannot recommend him enough and hopefully I will be able to send him some new customers. More
