While leaving I was trying to give him an opportunity to potentially secure my business by shaking my hand, which he refused. He called me the next day, but it was too late. Joe V. to the rescue, Joe called me, he was able to work with me to negotiate out the hitch and secure my order. Joe is customer focused and even keeled. Call backs were always done. He spent time with my wife explaining how to use all of the new technology built into the car. KUDOS!!! Tyrone was also a please to work with. More
