I had a mixed experience at the dealership. Danny, the service consultant, was incredibly helpful and communicated clearly throughout the process, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, despite his efforts, I still faced some challenges after picking up my car. The navigation system continues to get blurry while driving, and I've also been having trouble with the door lock—it doesn't work properly, so I have to unlock and lock it manually. The highlight of my visit was definitely the gentleman who received the cars; he was genuinely caring and made me feel valued. I can't thank him enough for his kindness. I really want to feel happy about my new purchase, but it’s been tough with these ongoing issues. It seems like there's a lack of knowledge about the car from both the dealership and the service department. Now, I find myself having to return to the dealership again after just two weeks of driving my new car. I hope that this next visit can bring some resolutions to these problems. More

This dealership lacks professionalism, integrity and the TRUTH. I have the text messages from sales saying we will get you buyers order tomorrow. I offered to put money down and I was told not necessary. Ma TRUTH. I have the text messages from sales saying we will get you buyers order tomorrow. Manager (Guillermo) claims I called and squashed the deal,(that never happened) I was told he was still working on it and the GM had to sign off on deal. I recieved a text message the next morning telling me they sold the truck to someone else. I put a call into GM (no return calls) and emailed the GSM (no response) . If you choose to visit this dealer, because they do advertise lower prices , they will sell right out from under you if they find someone to pay more. Manager flat out lied!!! More
