Mark Leslie and his team of professionals have once again found a way to impress me and exceed my exoectations. Technician noticed that our coolant was a little low. Instead of simply “topping it off” he che found a way to impress me and exceed my exoectations. Technician noticed that our coolant was a little low. Instead of simply “topping it off” he checked the radiator cap and noticed that it wasn’t holding pressure as it was supposed to. New cap and problem solved.. Who does that these days? No one.. Where do I even start ? This was one of the most stressful situations I’ve encountered in a dealership. I’m not one to write reviews so for me to go out of my way says somet This was one of the most stressful situations I’ve encountered in a dealership. I’m not one to write reviews so for me to go out of my way says something. They took a whole WEEK to replace just my starter. The lack of communication from the ENTIRE service department is just ridiculous. I wasn’t getting any updates on my car unless I requested to speak to the service manager and even to speak with him was a run around. I would have to call multiple times and leave voicemails. They had my car for about a month and even though I had premium warranty they only covered a certain amount of days and the dealership refused to provide a rental/lender car which forced me to pay out pocket. This is not a dealership where you want to take your car. Very poor customer service and lack of communication. Extremely unprofessional. To avoid having a headache , take your car somewhere else ! More
