My repairs started July 7th 2021 with Robert 3times in to fix my air charged me $1,460.00 to replace my brakes at 38,000 miles fraud commissioner! Second was Sebastian another loser He was my oil gasket whatever it’s called sat there straight in my face and showed me in black-and-white that it wasn’t covered by my extended Mopar warranty that I purchased said it’s gonna be another $1160 out of pocket the Mopar denied the claim I called Mopar and he never even called it into them Mopar rocks he’s another one that should be reprimanded ! After I called Mopar myself I went in there and he kept showing me the paper that it was gonna be another $1160 I said you lousy liar you never even called my Mopar I had him call and put them on speaker and sure enough another lying piece of xxxx maybe it’s because I’m a woman and They think I’m stupid I am a yale university graduategbusinesswoman I run a corporation I told all the ladies in the waiting room maybe it’s a sexist thing that they’re playing there I don’t know they better wake up! My business I was always taught to treat people the way you want to be treated it’s in the Bible as well do you want to others as you would have them do unto you! very bad reflection on your dealership! I don’t want a new car I bought that from a retired corporate Chrysler gentlemen and Miami Lakes Auto may he was tired of playing golf so he started working part time at Miami Lakes Auto mall to pass the day my father may he Rest In Peace Was bugging him that his daughter needed a new car my last one was a white minivan sport Chrysler the gentleman went out of his way with my father and his nurse at 93 years old to come to our business and he picked me up for a test drive I’ll never forget it my father was only able to enjoy it for five months he passed away I am never going to sell that car it was always my dream car white with buckskin interior all the bells and whistle‘s now I have a six-year-old grandson and soon I will be taking him and his friends to their soccer games and other events and it’s also great for hauling all the seats fold down flat if needed it has everything I want You should never have discontinued it! I have been forced to file a dealer complaint directly with Ram corporate office against this dealership due to shady business practices. On 12/14/2021: I went to the dealer to buy a brand new 2022 Dod with Ram corporate office against this dealership due to shady business practices. On 12/14/2021: I went to the dealer to buy a brand new 2022 Dodge Ram 2500. I was informed that the car was not on the lot, that it was in transit to the dealership and so I made a sales contract for this vehicle. On the following day 12/15/2021 I returned to the dealer with a complaint that the contract was unfair and I would like to redo it under more favorable rates. They advised me to come the following day to speak with the Finance Director Paul Stern, and so I did return on 12/16/2021 to speak to him. He informed me that the contract could NOT be cancelled, as it has already been cashed with Chase bank. At this point I explained to him that it wasn't possible to do that since I have not taken possession of the vehicle due to the fact that it is still in transit to the dealership, so there is no way they could have finalized my contract. He continued by saying there was nothing he could do so I proceeded to speak to the Sales Manager Yosvany Alvarez in regards to this problem. He also explained to me that there was nothing he could do. Soon after I left the dealership and called the General Manager Oren Cohen, He also explained to me that the contract could not be cancelled. I explained to him that I have been in contact with another Finance Manager that advised me that so long as I did not have possession of the vehicle, the contract could NOT be cashed in. He proceeded to tell me there was nothing he could do. I explained that I would be getting my lawyers involved in the matter, that I am aware they are breaking a recognized, nation wide law. He proceeded to tell me to "Go ahead, you have a right to be informed." Following that I contacted Ram Corporate Office and I explained to them the situation. They informed me that they do not understand why they are refusing to cancel my contract, that I have a right to do so and told me they would be filing a dealer complain against the dealership at Aventura Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. At this point I am in contact with my Lawyer in regards to this matter, I hope that this issue can be resolved without having to take this case to court. More
