I am writing to express my frustration regarding the ongoing issues with my vehicle and the experience I have had with your service process. Initially, the service we received was acceptable, and the ongoing issues with my vehicle and the experience I have had with your service process. Initially, the service we received was acceptable, and the representative who assisted us referred us to Rob Lambdin when they were unable to diagnose the problem. However, after visiting Rob Lambdin, we were sent back to your service center with the same unresolved issue. Then now you are sending us back to Rob Lambdin. At this point, I feel like a ping pong ball being bounced between locations without any clear answers or resolution. Additionally, I feel that our concerns are not being taken seriously. When we explain the problem, it seems as though we are not being believed or that our issue is not a priority. This has been extremely frustrating. What makes this situation worse is that we have been without our vehicle while it remains in your possession, and we have had to pay out of pocket for a rental. We were not provided with a loaner vehicle, which adds to the financial burden. This gives the impression that customers who do not purchase high-end vehicles are treated as less important. I would like to point out that we are loyal customers, owning two Ram trucks and a Grand Cherokee. Given this, we expected a higher level of service and support. At this stage, I am asking for: A clear diagnosis and resolution of the issue with our vehicle Better communication and acknowledgment of our concerns Consideration for the costs we have incurred due to the lack of a loaner vehicle I hope you will take this matter seriously and work toward resolving it promptly. Jason my salesperson was very good easy to work with and very helpful. My disappointments are with several mistakes or oversights. 1st is the Lojack that they REQUIRE you to purchase as part of their very helpful. I bought a Tesla it is basically a Lojack on wheels so it is truly unnecessary and the dealer couldn't get the Lojack to work on the car so they were supposed to refund that $699.00 back to me.... its been 3 weeks no check yet. 2nd and is the most problematic is the car was advertised and with a Car Fax as a private 1 owner car with 21701 miles. On the Buyers Order it was listed as a "Rental Vehicle" which was a mistake but somehow that cannot be changed!!! also, the milage as advertised was 21701 on the Car Fax when they received it on 3/06/2026 and I purchased it on 3/14/2026, on buyer order it also states 21701 it was delivered to me with 22400+ nearly 750 miles in 8 days sitting on the dealer's lot seems not right and not a big deal but warranty is based on milage and time so I lost 700+ miles of warranty. Refund of the Lojack as PROMISED and a letter from the dealership correcting the buyers order mistake as PROMISED would go a long way in changing my review. More

The job was not completely finished as my lights still do not work on the AUTO setting. I had to take the car out on a Friday to only bring it back on Monday with the check engine light on again. Then it took three weeks for the work to be done to take the check engine light on off, but they could not fix the AUTO lights system on my car and Julio the service Adviser told me to try other dealers to see if they could fix this problem because their mechanic could not fix it.
