I took my vehicle to Avis Ford because a non-ford repair center messed up my vehicle. Avis Ford was able to repair the vehicle and identified another issue which could have caused me to have a terrible acc center messed up my vehicle. Learned my lesson to make sure I take my vehicle to Avis Ford who has certified/qualified mechanics! Took in for my first oil change and the brakes were already having issues, they told me it was because of the mileage I put on my car since purchase 4 months earlier. Wanted me to pay 50% of repairs then out of the blue said they would cover all the brakes. Come to find out when I pick up my car my rims were marked and scratched in multiple places and I had a paint chip on the drivers front quarter panel. When I brought it to the service manger Larry's attention he said that he was not positive it happened at their dealership and maybe I didn't notice the damage before. I should be grateful that they fixed my brakes for me. Terrible experience will never have my car serviced here again. More
