Jake Fratt It’s been 3 months since Labor Day & on that day we purchased a van for my retired mom. This would be our second purchase from Avondale Toyota but my It’s been 3 months since Labor Day & on that day we purchased a van for my retired mom. This would be our second purchase from Avondale Toyota but my 4th visit/purchase to the dealership. We were introduced to Jake due to our original dealer not being there that day plus he was promoted to a finance manager however, Jake did a phenomenal job. He is a model dealer for Toyota and their standards. Simple, understanding and helpful. 😀 the time spent there was managed well; it didn’t feel like we were there forever. But that’s not the best part. Jake is a man of his word and within these past 3 months he still calls to ensure that all is going well with the van and if we need any help setting up our Bluetooth or understanding any of the technology within the van to reach out to him. My mom is older and not great with technology so for him to remember that and check up every now and then to make sure she’s doing ok speaks volumes. The customer service Jake is providing is awesome and I would definitely recommend Avondale Toyota but you must go see Jake Fratt! More
