Offers you water and a salesperson etc. Felt very warm and welcoming. My salesperson, Nadeem was very helpful. I am a very difficult sale because I get anxiety when it comes to buying large pricey items. Nadeem was very patient he never made me feel rushed. He is a very good salesman, he showed me many cars as I was very undecided. I really appreciate all of the effort that he put into making me feel comfortable at ease and not rushed. He made sure I knew how to utilize those features as well so it felt like he was genuinely excited for me to use this cool new technology. His patience and hospitality is rare, pure, and one of a kind. He was very thorough in the payment options, highlighting what would be best for me. The contract process was processable. I felt like I knew what I was signing and I value that transparency. I signed on to the tire protection and key protection as well. Great add on feature I recommend people consider when getting their long term vehicle. I can be very indecisive so I appreciate the patience at Avondale Toyota.
