2nd vehicle purchase for 2019 here thank you debbie sims! we have bought many vehicles over the last 20yrs, these last 2, 2019 camry, 2019 4runner, hav been the best experiences. think thank you debbie sims! we have bought many vehicles over the last 20yrs, these last 2, 2019 camry, 2019 4runner, hav been the best experiences. think i had the camry, driving home in january2019, in less than an hour and it took a little longer with the 4runner (bought may2019), because of me, and going over the extended warranty packages i wanted. there was no pressure here, debbie was knowledgeable and even got a great financing rate that i wasn't expecting to be so low. shopped about 10 dealerships for our trdpro and this was the only one without a market adjustment near us and they gave top value for our 2017 4runner, that we couldn't beat by even selling out on our own. restored my faith in buying cars. Don’t trust these people. Bought a car in November, It was a Cadillac Escalade that came with a lot of problems. I was told by Jesse Frazier they only offered warranty for Toyo Bought a car in November, It was a Cadillac Escalade that came with a lot of problems. I was told by Jesse Frazier they only offered warranty for Toyota’s but after calling back to get info on a ford truck they said they did offer warranty for any vehicle purchased at their location for around 2,500. So why was i denied the warranty? I had to buy a warranty that cost me 4,000. Thought it was a good buying experience at first and thought people working there were honest. Turns out they just want to sell cars with lies before putting their customers first. I had posted a good review of you, but of course it was a day after I bought the car. I take it all back. More
