Outstanding I had been looking for a 4runner for the past few months and I wasn’t in any rush to purchase one. Specifically because of past and present experien I had been looking for a 4runner for the past few months and I wasn’t in any rush to purchase one. Last year at Camelback Toyota I spent a total of 8 hours purchasing a new Camry, arguing and being miss treated and I really didn’t want to do it all over again. Luckily I did find certified preowned 4runner at Avondale Toyota within my price range and I happen to come across a great person name Scheldon Ward. This man here is a truly incredible person. He helped reach my monthly financial goal and put me in to my dream car. The process was quick and painless. The amount time and effort Scheldon took to ensure all of my needs and questions were taken care of was outstanding. All while keeping a great enthusiastic attitude and all around good vibe. He made this purchase very fun and enjoyable. We were at toyota for maybe 2 hours and drove off the lot with the exact car amazing experience and overall perfect numbers to match what we were looking for. When we first moved to the Goodyear area, we were looking for 2 new Toyotas. We were greeted and assisted by Luis c. and were treated like gold. We made the purchases and the whole process was so easy and comfortable for us. We again came to see Luis and traded in our vehicles for a new Highlander. Again, with Luis, this was such an easy process. Luis calls from time to time and checks on our status and has made himself available if we ever have questions. He is the most courteous, professional person we hav ever dealt with. His customer service is over the top fantastic and this is why we came back to him for our vehicle needs.
