Right away Maribel was able to hear what was going on, the price I was looking to stay around, after some hesitation about what I was doing, Maribel was able to get me a great deal on a brand new 2017 Toyota Yaris iA, and even went out of her way to get the exact color I wanted! I am very grateful for such an awesome experience if I would have went here on my first day of car hunting it would have saved me so much time! Tommy Makes Deals Happen Tommy Severado is the only guy I bring my friends and family to buy vehicles. Other Dealers just made excuses as to why I didn't "qualify" with my cre Tommy Severado is the only guy I bring my friends and family to buy vehicles. Other Dealers just made excuses as to why I didn't "qualify" with my credit for a Lease so I could have a dependable work truck. But Tommy MADE IT HAPPEN and so I drove home that day with a new 2015 Tacoma for my new job. Last year my Sister and Brother-in-Law got jacked around by a Chevy Dealer on a USED truck they snatched back after 10 days because the Dealer couldn't find a Lender. The same Dealer even turned me down as a co-signer!! I drove them to see Tommy that same afternoon and for less money a month, they drove home in a NEW TUNDRA!! It's their first ever new truck so, no more used "junk". Before we drove over Tommy reassured us over the phone it's OK and then he MADE IT HAPPEN. I just swapped my 2015 for a 2017 Tacoma and because it held it's value it was ZERO out of pocket and my Niece is now driving her first truck for her job because Tommy reassured her he would get it done. From the second he approached us until we drove off the lot, he explained everything to a tee! No matter how many questions we could come up with, Stew was able to not only give us the answer, but break it down into simpler, less intimidating terms. He took all the time in the world to make sure we were getting the best bang for our buck all while making us laugh and feel like we had been friends forever. It didn't stop there, Stew was able to get the exact vehicle I had been dreaming of, from color to interior and upgrades, it has it all! We did not walk into the dealership with the intentions of buying that day only because I didn't think the vehicle I wanted would be attainable, but it was and now we are the proud owners of a 2017 Toyota 4Runner SR5 Premium.
