My second purchase from Avondale Toyota and Tommy Severado Last February I stopped at Avondale Toyota to look at new Siennas as I was planning to buy one later in the year. I told Tommy Severado what I was and wasn't looking for and he had exactly the van I wanted so I bought it then rather than waiting. He was kind enough to come to my home and help me remove all my personal items from my old Sienna which was no small task! When I needed a new car I did some research and decided a Camry would be what I needed and never considered contacting anyone but Tommy. I emailed him with what I was looking for and made an appointment. Two hours after my arrival I drove out in my new Camry! The entire purchase so so streamlined it was great. More importantly, it was great to have a salesperson listen to what I was looking for and not try to sell me more vehicle than I needed. I so appreciate that and how my time was not wasted, he knew what was in stock that would suit my needs. More

At no point from walking on the lot last summer 'just curious about a Tacoma' until last weekend when I finally worked a deal, did I feel any pressure to 'buy now'. Tommy Severado was patient and professional from start to finish. He clearly knows the products and approaches the process from client's perspective- very refreshing. He made the entire experience seamless, efficient and fun! He did something few people are capable of these days... He listened intently- very impressive. Rather than trying to put us in the car he thought we should buy, our salesperson Kimie took the time to listen to what we wanted and helped us find the perfect vehicle. We only dealt with him the whole transaction and he was honest, open, and patient, even taking my husband and I on separate test drives while we traded off watching our newborn twins. He was genuine and straightforward and we felt comfortable leaving knowing we got a great deal. It's on the other side of town for us but we won't even bother going to any other dealer! More
