The dealership felt more like a casual cafe than a dealership. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a car! I was not planning on purchasing a car that day; however, I did have in mind the make and model I wished to purchase in the future. Kimie showed me a wonderful selection of Toyota Corollas as he explained everything in great detail. There were literally no questions left for me to ask. We test drove a 2016 Corolla and then went inside so he could break down some numbers for me. Finances are not my forte, but Kimie allowed me to be a part of the process and understand everything so fully that my anxiety vanished and I was making a decision of purchasing my new vehicle. Overall, Kimie was honest and open about the entire process as well as sharing his own experiences regarding his vehicle purchases. I cannot express how grateful I am to have been referred to Kimie as he truly made this experience what it was.
