Taken advantage of!!! so just under a year ago we we searching for a vehicle to fit our family of 6 in an the car we had had been totaled. We had about 2000$ to put down an we also had a co signer. We went to Toyota avondale one day and couldn't find anything in our budget. Went back the following weekend and dealt with a sales person by the name of Sean hornbeck who was gone shortly after we got our van. There was nothing on the lot for us an we were discouraged then Sean said we can check one more spot behind the gates so we said sure walked back an there was sitting the 2011 Chrysler town and country had writing on the window like it had just been traded in. Was dirty inside an out. We test drove it around the block an decided to get it. Sean did mention that they had to run it through the shop but how can you safely inspect a vehicle to make sure that it Runs properly an everything works the way it should. With in the first week of having it. I called you guys an told you of a couple problems an you guys referred me to Chrysler when taking it to Chrysler I got nowhere so we have just put up with the problems for months then finally I talked to a couple different people an just brought it to you guys where you tell me I have broken motor mounts that the warranty doesn't cover that I know for a fact were bad when we bought the van. On top of numerous other problems that could have been caught if properly gone through. I could go on an on but I won't. All I want is for avondale Toyota to make it right with us we are a one income family an its not fair to be stuck with this vehicle having to be responsible for these problems. More

Honest Sam De La Fuente worked very hard to get me an amzing deal on a very reliable car. My credit is not the best so I did not have very many options. I was looking specifically at the Prius C, and felt prepared to deal with all of the negotiating and hassle. However, I was immediately met with a calm and completely pressure-free sales representative, Andy Price. This was my first ever new car experience so I was very nervous and went above and beyond in asking probably too many questions. Andy was patient, and never made me feel that I was wasting time, or being a nuisance. This to me is what will bring me back to Avondale Toyota and Andy. It made a world of difference knowing that I was treated as a person, not a client. Their "one price, one person" motto made a huge difference, and Andy takes it seriously. I know that my price was very fair, and that I wasn't being jerked back and forth between a sales representative, manager, finance department etc. Everything was taken care of by Andy right from the start. I cannot stress how much of a stress free environment this entire dealership really was. If you have no patience for haggling, and upselling of products, go to Avondale Toyota. If you want to spend hours nickle and dime-ing your price, you will be disappointed. Their process is quick and painless. Exactly what I needed. Thank you for everything. More

The no haggle pricing makes the buying experience as pleasant as can be. If you are looking for a specific vehicle, give Scottie a call and he will do his best to track it down for you. Jesse Landeros was our sales I went here with my sister to purchase her 2016 Scion FRS, and we ended up getting a SECOND vehicle (Toyota Camry 2015). Jesse Landeros was our sales/finance manager. He was AMAZING! This review is 100% true and I honestly would recommend this place to anyone. We shopped 4 other dealerships before we finally were about to give up and found Jesse. We called at first and he was very friendly and cut to the chase, and got us right in. We hated dealing with anyone else, especially the Peoria Toyota location (they are mean and rude there). So I wanted to give a shout out to this dealership. They had vehicles no other place did, they were not pushy or disrespectful and WE LOVED THIS! Our family will NEVER go any where else! They have lifelong customers from my family and I. Thank you Jesse for everything you did. I had checked several dealerships prior to this and no one had the color, or they didn't have the car model I wanted, or they were too pushy, or they would not make accomodations. Our sales person was Jesse Landeros. The process was painless, quick, pleasant, and they WORKED with us, unlike many of the other dealerships. I will never go anywhere else! I have a Toyota owner of over 7 years and I finally upgraded to a Scion. We went to several different places and no one would budge on the price or make any effort to please us. Avondale Toyota did this and went above and beyond. Thank you for the amazing experience! More

He went above and beyond to get me approved. He called as early in the morning kept in touch all day, informing me of everything he was doing, contacting different banks, got me more for my trade in, he did not rested until I got approved. Always positive, eager to help you. I would recommend everyone looking to buy a vehicle to go see him. More
