The power steering went out on my 2014 tundra with only 16k miles. I took it in and later received a phone call from mike roller informing me that warranty would not cover it and that I would have to pay out of pocket. I could not believe what he told me. That is the sole reason I purchased a new truck. I was not happy to say the least, so I filed a complaint with Toyota. They told me that they would send a Toyota representative to inspect the truck and see what the issue was. Before they could do that I later received a call from MIKE ROLLER informing me that my vehicle was complete and ready. I head to the dealership and my truck is sitting out front with nothing done to it. I then received a call from PHIL GIBBS informing me that I was the cause of the power steering going out and that I either had to pay out of pocket or it would not be fixed. I could not believe it. This service is an absolute joke. I have no idea how they are in business. I love Toyota but this representation of Toyota is pitiful. I had my truck towed to a real service dealership in Tempe and they are in the process of fixing it with no problem or hassle. I RECOMMEND ANYWHERE but here. More

It was our starting point and we expected to have some difficulty finding exactly what we wanted. We were helped by Kimie Stewart. Right from the start we felt very welcomed by Kimie and he showed us a tremendous amount of patience. He was very informative and answered a lot of our question without us having to ask them. One thing that stood out from our salesman was that he showed genuine concern in finding something that was right for us. It wasn't long before Kimie broke down all the deals on the lot and gave us great information on all the pros and cons. So much so that we felt ready to make a decision. Once we sat to look at the financing options, Kimie continued to make us feel very comfortable, explaining every single expense and options of the financing process. Both my wife and I were amazed with Kimie's attentiveness and determination to have us get what we wanted. At one point he ordered lunch for us since the process of buying two cars kept us there for several hours. That's right! We came in interested in buying one vehicle and ended up buying TWO! The decision was made easy with all the information Kimie gave us. Thank you Kimie and Avondale Toyota for a great experience. My brother is shopping for a car and I invited him to drive from California to meet with Kimie. I am sure the drive will be worth the satisfaction of having a great car buying experience. More

I was nervous because generally dealerships aren't willing to work with you or really listen to what you want, this dealership did all of that and then some ; we walked in and they got us taken care of really quickly and we walked out of there within just a couple hours with a new car . Best customer service experience I have ever had at a car dealership hands down. More
Goodhearted Salesman This is the 3rd time my family bought a car from Avondale Toyota and so far we always have this feeling of contentment every time we buy one. We just got done paying our 2 cars and we never encountered any problem, especially when we need help from AT. Last week,my parents bought their car, they just lost their recent car because of an accident. They just got done fixing that car and spent their hard earned money (4 thousand) before it got totalled. They were very devastated but they know they have to let go of that car and find a new one. My son and I took my parents in AT, at first we were very disappointed to know that our former salesman was not there anymore. I was very nervous, I find it hard to talk and trust a new salesman. But, when we met Kimie in the parking space, we were all met by his very friendly smile and humbleness. He made us all feel very welcome (even offered us drinks/snacks right away), and never pressured us to buy a car. He was very clear and precise with all the information (even to the smallest details) about the cars we were looking. We also love that we can see the screen when he showed and explained to us everything about all the payment info (no hidden costs). So my parents bought a 2014 Toyota Camry and they are very highly satisfied with their experience buying a car in AT. Thank you KIMIE for going above and beyond to help my parents with what they need. You have treated us all with kindness, respect and patience. Best Car Buying Experience We purchased a 2015 Toyota 4Runner from Avondale Toyota. The vehicle was not in stock but Andy Price found one that was being shipped to another deale We purchased a 2015 Toyota 4Runner from Avondale Toyota. The vehicle was not in stock but Andy Price found one that was being shipped to another dealer in our area. Andy was able to hold the 4 Runner for us and kept us updated along the way. Once the 4Runner arrived, Andy had us in and out of the dealership quickly. This has been the easiest most painless car purchase we have ever had. I highly recommend Andy Price and Avondale Toyota to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. More

It's a novel, but just read it. I should probably lead with this: I am not a wealthy person. I cannot afford to buy a brand new car. I'm a mom with a small child, a hard-working husband and a tight budget. This being said, even buying a pre-owned car is a really big purchase for my family. I know some of you out there can relate to this: There is a particularly uncomfortable feeling that I get when I set foot onto a car lot to look at cars in what I can only assume must be the very bottom price range of anything they have there; which in most cases is about $15K… To me, THAT'S A LOT OF MONEY! This was not the case at all at Avondale Toyota. I had visited this dealership 3 months prior to buying a car to see what they could offer for my car on trade-in. Scotty Williams was happy to assist me even though I explained that I was not going to purchase a car that day. 3 months later, when I was finally ready to trade in my car and purchase another, I went back to Avondale Toyota and was helped by Terry Pickle (who just goes by Pickle). Again, the people at AT gave me an up-front and very fair price for my trade and happened to have the type of vehicle I was in the market for. Pickle was accommodating without being pushy. He didn't haggle about price. He didn't add upgrades into the price of the car that I didn't ask for. He didn't suggest that I go beyond what I said my budget was even though I was pre-approved for more. Most importantly, he didn't seem at all concerned with the amount of time he was spending on the sale of an inexpensive (by dealership standards) used car. Pickle and Scotty were really nice to work with. Pickle took what could have been a really stressful day for me and made it something that was indeed a word in which I have never before associated with buying a car: FUN. And for that, they will have my business for many more years to come. More

The only dealer that would answer my questions and give me final pricing, without driving down to the dealership was Avondale Toyota. They drove my car to me to test drive and brought me the contract to sign, I never left my house throughout the entire process. I also got a great deal on my car, they were the best price in town. I wouldn't change a thing. More
