Andy quickly established what I would be using the vehicle for and made some recommendations. He also explained the Avondale Toyota way of doing business and made my whole buying experience a positive one. Yes, even though I fully intended on only test driving, I ended up purchasing a car from Andy. He was never pushy, but always friendly, professional and really made me want to purchase a car at Avondale Toyota.
