I put a lot of miles on my vehicles and my new husband didn't fit well into my 4Runner so I looked at the other SUV/Crossover Toyota products. We ended up purchasing a Highlander and couldn't be happier! The service, price and experience were great. I have always had great experiences with Avondale Toyota, to include both the Sales and Service Department. Your sales person will tell you s/he is the only person you will be dealing with, which is the truth. Before deciding on the Highlander we did visit a few other dealerships to make sure we were getting the best fit for us. Ross completely understood and encouraged us to do so; it's nice to not be made to feel guilty about doing what's in your best interest. Many other dealerships are pushy and have unethical (in my opinion) tactics to sell a car. Thank you, Avondale Toyota! More
I was suprized by the prompt response I received from Robert Kim, the sales manager at Avondale Toyota. I had emailed the dealership about a 2013 4X4 Toyota Tacoma they had listed when I inquired online. Robert Kim, the sales manager at Avondale Toyota. I had emailed the dealership about a 2013 4X4 Toyota Tacoma they had listed when I inquired online. Robert called me the next morning and asked if he could answer any questions about the vehicle. I wanted to see it of course, but I live approx 50 miles from the dealership. He said he would bring the truck to me for inspection and that's what he did later that afternoon. I had the opportunity to look the truck over in my own driveway, we agreed on a price and received a quote on the trade in that was acceptable. He drove the truck back to the dealership, we concluded most of the paper work that evening, he then drove the truck back to our home the next morning, we supplied the required signatures, and he drove our trade in back to the dealer. I was able to view and inspect the vehicle I was interested in, work up an acceptable trade allowance, and purchase the truck without leaving my home. Am I satisfied, xxxx yes. I consider the service provide to me to be above and beyond any other auto buying experience I have ever encountered. THANK YOU ROBERT KIM. John P. More

Air conditioner was blowing warm air about 10% of time. When I received the car back, it went from 10% hot air and 90% cool air to 100% hot air. Also had my oil changed. They didn't check fluids. I was recently in the market for a new car and went to many dealerships. I could not be happier with the decision I made to go with Avondale Toyota! I had the pleasure of having Amanda help me find a car. With Amanda it wasn’t "What can I do to get you in a car" it was "what can I do to make sure you leave here happy", which was an amazing change from ALL the other dealerships I had visited. Not only do I want to commend the dealership with their exceptional customer service and friendly atmosphere, I want to put the spot light on Amanda for going above and beyond for me. I genuinely felt like she was there to help me, not sell a car. It just so happens, that she did end up selling a car. I left with the car of dreams and not feeling like I was forced into that car. Now that they have sold me the car most dealership would see it has they have my signature and there job is done, but not here. I set up to have my windows tinted and a spoiler added. Trying to get my car down there to drop it off has been a hassle (on MY part) and they have been nothing but understanding. I have been speaking with Michael in the service department, and I have had to reschedule almost three times now. At this point I know I’ve been a pain in their butt, still they are very understand and there for me at my convenience. More

I drove it around the block. and then we started the paperwork. He showed me the invoice, and the hold back, etc. I knew how much I was paying and how much they are getting. Got a fair amount for my trade in. Added the warranty I wanted, and divided it all bny 60 and got my payment. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy. In and out in less than 2 hours. I would highly recommend the dealership, sales person. I have not had service there yet. More
We had the best car buying experience ever!!! Our salesman was Reese. We met him in January when we were shopping. He wasn't pushy at all and was very informative. He was also a really cool dude. We let him know we were looking to purchase in March. I gave him my phone number and he promised not to over use it. He sent me a couple of text messages in January which I liked because I prefer text. One of the selling points for me about Toyota was that we would be dealing with Reese through the entire process. There was no build repor with a great salesman then get handed off to a slimy finance manager. Still in the shopping process, the end of February we went to Honda even though I felt loyalty to the great sales skills of Reese and the Toyota shopping experience. Lets just say there was no helpful Honda man around. After 30 minutes of full on frustration, I sent Reese a text and asked him if he was working. He said yes I told him we will be right there. We actually were surprised we could get a 2014 Camry for the price of a 2013 civic. The drive was awesome so we were sold!! The whole process was about 90 minutes and we really did only work with Reese. The inside of Toyota was immaculate! It was very clean and streamlined. The entire experience was great and we highly recommend Avondale Toyota and Reese as your sales man. More
