Luis was outstanding. With chip shortages, it's almost impossible to find a car on the lot, and most dealers are demanding prices well above MSRP. We were looking for a specific model and color on a 2022 RAV4 TRD. In working with various dealers, nobody had stock that wasn't already reserved. In addition, we saw "added dealer mark ups" from $1600 to $5000 in almost all cases. Then we contacted Avondale Toyota and talked to Luis. Although Avondale did not have an available TRD, Luis used his skills to find an opportunity to locate a car for us to purchase. Within 3 weeks, we drove off in our new RAV4 TRD OFF ROAD. I would highly recommend Luis if you are looking for a new Toyota. I have purchased many cars over the years, and Luis created the best experience.
